The area to be served by the Association will be Frankford Ave to the East, Sheffield to North Between Frankford and Rowland Aves, Rhawn Street to the North between Rowland and Lexington Aves, Holme Ave to the North between Lexington Ave and the Roosevelt Blvd. and Roosevelt Blvd to the West. Blvd South to Bustleton Ave Bustleton South to the North Cedar Hills Cemetary (which abuts the Southern rear of Lardner and Benner St) then East to Frankford Ave.
