New Mayfair Civic Association (MCA) members are being asked to arrive at 6:30pm so that they can be checked in before the 7pm meeting start time.


Anyone who lives within the boundaries of the MCA and wishes to become a member of the MCA and vote on these and other zoning issues in Mayfair are invited and encouraged to submit their membership application beforehand by visiting:  http://www.mayfaircivicassociation.com/p/membership.html


New members and / or previous members who are not recognized by our Membership Chair will be asked to provide a photo I.D. and proof of residency. A PA state drivers license is preferred, however any government issued photo I.D. (passport etc) and proof of residency (utility bill / phone bill etc.) will be accepted by the MCA.


The MCA as the Coordinating RCO (Registered Community Organization) will do it's best and expects to run a fair and respectful meeting. 


The 64th Republican and 64th Democratic party who are also RCO's and who's boundaries overlap the MCA in this area will be given the opportunity to address the applicants and attendees as they wish and on their own behalf.
