Transforming the Blvd Forum

Have an impact on the future of Roosevelt Boulevard by attending a Public Forum in April. As part of a 3-year effort, called "Route for Change", the City of Philadelphia along with PennDOT and SEPTA are identifying a series of improvements to create a more inviting Roosevelt Boulevard that is safe, accessible, and reliable for all users, including residents, pedestrians, cyclists, transit, motorists, and visitors.
