Mayfair Civic Association

Mayfair is a vibrant Northeast Philadelphia neighborhood, home to a variety of stores, pubs and restaurants and the proud host of community events all year long. The Civic Association consists of volunteer citizens focused on the betterment of their Community. Our General meetings are held the 3rd Monday of March, May, September and November and the 4th Monday of January at 7PM at the Mayfair Community Center, St. Vincent St. and Battersby St.

Volunteers Needed for Halloween Spooktacular

Can you spare a few hours this Saturday for our Fundraiser at the playground? Do you know or have a high schooler needing Community Service?

Mayfair Memorial playground NEEDS volunteers for their latest Fundraiser. Several jobs haven't been filled such as help set-up and clean-up.

Baking goodies (cupcakes or cookies) needed also.

Specific jobs:

Pumpkins and inside playground - spreading the pumpkins around and showing people the gate to the back parking lot. Being there for questions of where things are at.

Side Gate - making sure everyone enters through the front gate and direction towards the back lot where the games and candy are located.

Decoration Table - replenish supplies and help a child color or decorate a pumpkin with stickers

Pumpkin Penny Toss - game the kids play, organize it and keep it flowing

Witch's Hate Ring Toss - game the kids play, organize it and keep it flowing
