ZONING MEETING TONIGHT 7pm

Zoning Meeting Tuesday May 6, 2014

 
We will be having a zoning meeting on Tuesday May 6, 2014 at 7PM at the Mayfair Community Center (2990 St. Vincent St). 
The following properties:
3300 Ryan Avenue  - Current Three Story Building with a residence on top floor, office on main floor and two separate businesses on the bottom floor.  The proposed would allow for a dentist office in one of the bottom offices and convert the main floor to a residence from a business.

7101 Frankford Avenue (Space 7107) - Allowance of a Little Caesars Pizza Location in a strip mall that contains Convenient Food Market, a Wings to Go and a Chinese Takeout Restaurant.
