behalf of the Mayfair Civic Association
(“MCA”) which represents the
neighbors of the Mayfair Community as a letter of Opposition. On March 24, 2014, we held a community
meeting on this proposed variance to a three family home at 7PM at 2990 St.
Vincent St. Questions were raised by the
members of our organization with respect to lack of floor plans, nonshoveling
of snow around the perimeter of this corner property amongst other issues such
as the community’s interest in maintaining single family homes rather than
conversion/legalization to triplexes. The
Community took a vote which resulted in Twenty-Six Opposed and Three Not
Opposed with Provisos.

6. Meet with the Mayfair CDC Executive Director,
Corridor Manager, and Chairman to discuss façade improvements and signage and
explore Department of Commerce grants for internal and external improvement
reimbursement grants.
