                Please accept this letter on behalf of the Mayfair Civic Association (“MCA”) which represents the neighbors of the Mayfair Community as a letter of Non-Opposition, Re: the above, with the following provisos: 

-          Ms. Lassiter may have no more than 8 children.

-          Her hours of operation shall not exceed 6am-6pm Sunday through Saturday

-          She will become a member of the Mayfair Business Association.

-          She will restrict vehicles from parking in the rear of the property.

-          She will properly maintain the property.
