Re: Shamrock Shuttle 2013
Pursuant to our meeting held January 30, 2013 at the 15th Police District attended by representatives of the bar owners, the Mayfair Civic Association, the Mayfair Townwatch, State Representative Kevin Boyle, City Councilman Bobby Henon and Captain McCloskey, the below is a checklist of my understanding with respect to the responsibilities of the Shamrock Shuttle:
Bar Owners will pay for 45 portapotties (not including those for their businesses) and locations for which will be decided by the Mayfair Civic Association as seen on the attached map where dots represent portapotty placement.
Bar Owners will pay Father Judge Football team to remove trash and clean area between Bleigh and Wellington St along Frankford Ave. as well as 3500 Block of Cottman Ave. on Sunday.
15th District will police the event and hang no parking signs and will pay special attention to the driveways along 3500 blocks off of Frankford Ave as well as the 3400 block between Ryan and Cottman Aves indicated on attached map by a star.
Mayfair Civic Association and Mayfair Townwatch volunteers will act as hospitality along the route and will be wearing bright red identifiable T-Shirts.
Mayfair Civic Association and volunteers have selected placement of the portapotties.
Mayfair Civic Association has confirmed, with the Philadelphia Parking Authority that the spaces in front of the Frankford Avenue Bars will blocked off for Shuttle usage only.
The above should codify our agreements at our meetings.
