The legal descriptions for these properties are drawn up and we will be picking up the copies and maps tomorrow, Wednesday December 21, 2011. Once in hand, we will turn them over to our real estate attorney, Jimmy Newmoon Roybal, to work the legals into transferable deeds as well as working out the kinks with L&I. Once filed, ownership of civic owner property will be given back to the neighbors, thereby closing all business held over by the previous MCA administration (the previous was the playground).
